Marietta Process Server

Cobb County Georgia Probate Court requires all process servers to be court appointed. Annual background check  reviewed yearly for eligibility from the Cobb County Superior Court. Completion the 12 Hour Initial orientation training. Upon completion a judge court order is granted to service all from the Cobb County Georgia Probate Court.
